Candied Chicken Breasts
Just made this and took out of the oven. awesome! I read quite a few of the reviews, but made as stated with very few minor changes. I omitted the oregano and pineapple, due to not having either of those items and tripled the onions (love onions). I live alone so only used (2) boneless chicken breast halves. I cut each in half lengthwise. I had no problem at all with the coating staying on the chicken as others had mentioned. Made enough sauce for (3) servings. Baked for 15 minutes covered. I then turned chicken over, basted with sauce and then baked an additional 15 minutes uncovered. Absolutely delicious! This recipe is definitely a keeper and I will be making my chicken more often this way. I did use seasoned breadcrumbs, but next time I'm going to also season the chicken before dredging in breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor.

Amazing Chicken
Although this was quite good, after sitting over night, the next day, it really was amazing, once the flavors had a chance to meld together. I took other reviewers suggestions and added things to give it taste. I LOVE onions, so here's what I did. Instead of mayo, I started with Ken's light Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing. To that I added dehydrated onion and chopped garlic, onion powder and black pepper. I mixed it all together and let it sit for a couple of minutes, to soften up the dehydrated onion and garlic before dredging the chicken through it. Then I coated with seasoned breadcrumbs. I lined a baking sheet with foil, dull side up and wiped just a little bit of garlic olive oil over the foil. Baked in a 375 degree oven for about 35 minutes, turning chicken over halfway through. I was quite surprised to find that the chicken was moist and it did in fact, have a lot of flavor. I have to say though that I absolutely loved it the day after! I made a chicken sandwich and the chicken was very tasty. I will definitely be making this again and again! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe.

Mondi's Super Simple Chicken
I am single and live alone. So after adjusting the recipe for (2) servings, and taking some suggestions into consideration, I made this chicken for dinner. It was DELICIOUS! I decreased the basil by 1/3, only using 1 teaspoon. I don't use garlic salt, but love garlic, so I used 1 teaspoon garlic powder. I added 1/2 teaspoon salt (which I will probably reduce next time to about 1/4 teaspoon or just a smidge more), and 2 tablespoons butter. I mixed it all together and put on top of (2) skinned bone-in chicken breasts. I put 2 tablespoons lemon juice in the bottom of the pan and cooked uncovered for 1 hour. I loved it! It was moist and had a lot of favor. It was very simple and easy to make and I WILL be using this recipe again. It was DELICIOUS!!!
