Marinated Pork Tenderloin

fantastic! I boil it the left-over and serve it over the meat. I also substituted raspberry balsamic for the sherry and used 2 cloves of garlic.

really good! And so fast to whip up! For those who find the batter too thin, this is what I do... In a 2 cup measure, I put the eggs, oil, and vanilla. I then add milk to the 2cup line. I find this gives the perfect amount of liquid. If it is a bit thick, I just a little more milk to the batter.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Fantastic! The only change that I made was exchanging the beef broth for chicken broth (it was all I had). I added a tsp of beef gravy mix to the broth for some extra beefy flavour.

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

I only had time to marinate for an hour, but the pork tenderloin turned out very good! I also poured the rest of the marinade over the meat before putting it into the oven. I made a gravy out of the drippings and served it with the pork and rice. My family all had third helpings!

Banana Muffins II

Yummy and easy. I added cinnamon. I used 1.5 cups of (frozen) mashed bananas, 1/2 cup of applesauce, and a little less butter.

Hot Cocoa Mix in a Jar

good. I used less powdered milk and French Vanilla whitener. Also doubled the cocoa. I sifted the ingredients first which helped the powder dissolve well, but my kitchen was covered in a fine coating of white powder thanks to the milk!!!

Playgroup Granola Bars

Good. Very quick and easy... I followed the recipe exactly, except that I followed others' advice to reduce sugar-good idea! Only minor problem...I was worried that I would overcook them, so I actually undercooked them. Next time I will bake a little longer (22mins)

Easy Oatmeal Muffins

Very good...not too sweet. So easy to make. The only changes I made were: 1/2 flour to whole wheat flour and I added 1+1/2 tsp of cinnamon.

Chewy Granola Bars

In order to give this recipe a fair review, I followed the recipe as it was written (except I only added 1 cup of chocolate chips). They turned out very crumbly. I could not cut them at all. I thought that the taste is only OK. (although my 2 year old is screaming for more!) Overall, I was quite disappointed.
