I can't believe how much flavor this has. I attempted to make a pink sauce before, but the vodka really pumps up the flavor. I cut down on the time in each section because I was in a rush, and it still came out great.

Better Than Best Fried Chicken

This chicken was fantastic. We deep fried it and it came out a delicious, golden crispy texture. I've fried chicken before but it always came out a little dry or burnt, and always had issues with the batter falling off, but this one was perfect.

Shrimp and Peanut Butter Noodles

Very tasty. The noodles were a bit overcooked and mushy, will definitely cook less next time. The sauce was quite delicious.

Bratwurst Potato Skillet

This dish has great flavor! I used lemon juice instead of orange juice, and used green onion for the onion because it was what I had on hand. I was looking for something different to do with brats and this is definitely a recipe I will use again.

Dessert Crepes

Great recipe! The hardest part is definitely flipping the crepe over without getting the sides bent under -- I guess that will take practice. As a filling I used cream cheese and a few raspberries. I drizzled it with raspberry jelly and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream -- delicious!
