Yellow Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
I don't know what was wrong but this came out way to dry and just not good at all. Think this would have been better mixing it into a corn bread casserole instead of crackers.

Cocktail Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
I am only giving this four stars because I didn't have all the ingredient on hand. I made my own chili sauce but didn't have tomato sauce. I only had Seasoned Diced Tomato Sauce for chili. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chili-Sauce/Detail.aspx Anyways, I did everything else and threw it in the crockpot and it came out great.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2009
I followed Amydoll's directions and I turned the wings over and the wings came out crispy and delicious. Best wings and don't need to go out to eat for wings anymore!

Irresistible Pecan Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2007
I found this recipe four years ago and since then I make it every year. It is so yummy you just have to try it for yourself to taste how good this pie really is. One thing I don't do is make the pie crust. I rather buy it at the store but that is just my preference.

Ground Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: May 7, 2007
These enchiladas are wonderful! I did sub the yogurt with sour cream as others had suggested. My husband wants me to try it with chicken next time but my kids and us loved them.

My Best Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
This is so good I added more salt for taste. With the flour it felt like I was eating dough in the chowder so maybe I will add less flour next time. I will probably replace the carrots with corn next time too.

Chicken Enchiladas V

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
I will have to experiment more with this recipe. I doubled up on the soup mixture and it just overpowered the dish.

Pigs in a Blanket

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
I used two cans of cresent rolls and omitted the cheese. My family ate it all and still asked for more. If you have kids they will love this simple and easy to make snack.

Sweet and Sour Chicken II

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
Wow this is so good I make it a lot now. It is however very sweet I think I will not use so much pineapple next time since it overpowers the dish to me.

Mom's Favorite Baked Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
I expected this to be creamier so it came out really thick. If you like thick mac and cheese then this one is for you.

Puppy Chow I

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2007
Next time I will use the ceral aquares instead of the chex mix. When I made it it was so thick that the sugar didn't really stick to it. It is really sweet but this was the first time I made it so next time I will make less.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2007
I made some changes as I saw others did as well. Instead of using condensed soup I used dry onion soup mix instead. For the sauce I used dry mushroom and onion soup mix. I seared the patties first then transfered them to the oven at 350 for 30 min. After they were cooked I then poured the sauce over the patties. I served this with green beans, mashed potatoes and bisquits. This made a great meal and I will make this again.

Beef Tips and Noodles

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2007
I thought this was just okay. I feel that 400 degrees for one hour is way to long. I therefore cooked it at 350 for 1 hour and to me that was to long. The meat was tough and I just wasn't satisfied. If I were to make this again I would cook it for no more than 45 min. at 350 degrees.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2007
I followed a lot of what TeensyNeesie did and it came out good. I think it calls for way to much chicken so next time I will cut it down. This makes a lot so have a hungry appetite.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2007
I used a 3.5 roast and slow cooked it for 8 hours. I cut down the measurments down to 8 instead of 12. I then cut down the ingredients and I added onions and baby carrots to the pot. It smelled so good and when it was time to eat the meat just fell apart. It was so tender and yummy I will be making this again.
