Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
I can't find my broiler pan so I made this on the stovetop. Flavor was excellent but chicken was a tad dry, which is my fault. Thanks for the recipe.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
I had to improvise a bit with what I had on hand and they turned out fantastic! Alterations: 1) subsitituted 1/2 c shortening with 1/2 c Smart Balance 2)used 1 cup large Godiva baking choc chips 3)baked for exactly 8.5 min and each batch turned out flat, chewy and chocolatey even after cooling, not cakey in the slightest (hate cakey cookies). Perfection. Thanks for sharing the awesome recipe!!

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2007
Will definitely make again. Very easy. I usd shallots instead of onion and grapeseed oil instead of veg oil. Also omitted he bean sprouts. I have a very large wok and it worked great. No need for salt. And I cut the soy sacue in half. Was delicious. Thanks for the tasty recipe!

Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2007
Fantastic. I made slight changes. I first tossed the carrots in olive oil and sea salt then nuked for 5 min. Then sauteed on med high with 1 tbs Smart Balance, and the called-for amounts of brown sugar/balsamic vinegar. I sauteed until carrots were coated with a glaze. Perfect. And now the kitchen smells divine!

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2006
This is THE best pulled pork recipe I've ever had. and I'm not the only one who thinks so. My coworkers are still raving about it. I added 3 dashes of rice wine vinegar in the crockpot which made it even more tender. DE-LISH!
