Curry Stand Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce
We made this recipe tonight and everybody liked it, even the children. Although I should mention that we left out the cayenne and passed sriracha at the table (for the adults). The chicken was tender and moist and the sauce was yummy! We did use cream, like the recipe asks for, but another time, maybe I'll try it with coconut milk (as I see others either did or are thinking of doing too). We followed the seasonings (except for the cayenne) to the letter and would do it again! Served it over rice.

Elaine's Sweet and Tangy Loose Beef BBQ
I used this recipe exactly, except I did reduce the amount of ketchup to 1 cup because someone had commented on the strong ketchupyness. I served it to 8 adults and 5 young children (each comparable to half of an adult?) and had leftovers for maybe 4 more adults, so I probably wouldn't agree with the 28 servings. It was a yummy meal! I also didn't serve it on bread, although we did have bread with the meal.

Pepperoncini Beef
I did make this with a pork roast (not beef) because that is what I had. It came out moist and my company enjoyed it! The pepperocini did disappear during the cooking time, but you could still taste them and they gave a nice flavor to the meat. We made the sandwiches and had them with green salad and chips.
