I was surprised at how delicious this was- I'm not a gravy person, but this was tasty! I actually ended up using a 2 lb. arm roast- it's hard to find bigger cuts around here... I shook on some garlic powder before putting it in the roaster. I only used one can of soup and substituted a full can of beef broth for the water. After 3 1/2 hours it was tender and wonderful! The gravy was basically the consistency of water, so I added some flour to thicken it up and voila- gravy! Salty, but that's probably why I liked it. My husband loved it and thinks I actually know how to cook now.
