I wasn't sure how this would turn out in terms of both taste and eye appeal as it was cooking, but we scooped it over lettuce and it made one of the best taco salads I've ever had- the meat actually stayed hot! I took the suggestions of many others and added 1/2 packet of taco seasoning to the gr. beef, omitted the gr. onion, chili beans, olives, and tomato. Instead used black beans, green chiles and a can of diced tomatoes. 1 to 1 1/2 cups of sour cream is plenty. Our whole family ate it up.
