Mexican Rice II

I doubled the recipe for my family of 8 and everyone LOVED it. I will not buy store boxed mexican rice again. This was incredibly easy. It will definately be a staple in our house!!! Thanks!!!

This was really really really good, until I baked it.....I really liked the combination of food as I was sampling it before putting it in the oven, (lol) but when it cooked, it just kinda turned to mush.....probably something I did but other than that, it was excellent....

Chicken Fried Chicken

I multiplied this recipe and fried up about 20 pieces of chicken and my family of 7 still wanted more.....And if everybody in my house agrees on a recipe, it is a miracle to behold......We'll make this one again for sure....

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

I followed this recipe exactly except for the poppy seed as I didn't have any. It was pretty good immediately, but after a few hours it was even better. It seemed like the longer I left it in the fridge, the better it got. Didn't last too long around here though. Will definately be making again.

Simple Sloppy Joes

I have a very picky bunch with five kids all having different tastes and my husband to boot, but everybody agreed on this one. This was great. I will make this again. Also i tried adding a few teaspoons of mustard to the mix and it was good that way.
