This was pretty good. I did not have any green pepper on hand so I used red bell pepper. My husband also enjoyed this recipe. I plan to make it again.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2011
This was Delicious! A few adjustments I made: I used 1/2 the amount of marinated artichoke hearts, I Roasted some fresh garlic & used about 4-5 cloves of roasted garlic, pinch of lemon pepper, paprika, that I mixed in with the Mayo, parmesan cheese mix. I then sprinkled just a touch of seasoned bread crumbs on top of the chicken & mixture. I served it over garlic mashed potatoes, and sweet corn. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe!

This was a great starter recipe. I prefer more veggies...so I think I will add carrots next time. I also used 1 can of cream of chicken, 1 can of cream of celery. I added extra spices to the mix. My husband found this recipe delicious. He went back for seconds! :) Thanks for the recipe.

Loved this recipe. So simple, so delicious. A few changes. I had to use 1/2 italian seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 ritz wheat crackers crushed, dried minced garlic, oregano, parsley. Other than that..it worked wonderfully and the meat was tender and tasty! Thanks for the recipe.

Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2009
These were very tasty. I did not have fresh cranberries, so I used a cup of Craisens instead. I also added about 8oz of white chocolate chips, and dipped 1/2 the cookies, 1/2 in melted chocolate. Everyone thought they were very tasty. I will make these again.

Very good "soup". I had to make a few changes based on what was on hand. Used: 1 can diced tomatoes(basil, oregano, garlic) instead of tomato soup 3 beef bouillon cubes + 4 cups water 1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage I sauteed the onions, celery, cabbage with the ground beef for several minutes before adding all the additional ingredients. Good soup! Thanks.

Vegetable Ham Stew

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2008
Great way to use the leftover ham! I added an extra cup of ham, 2 cups of water, 1 Tablespoon chicken bouillon granules, and two cups dried egg noodles. I also whipped up a batch of corn muffins to go with it. It was delicious. I think I will make a double batch tommorrow to bring to my grandma. Very yummy! My husband loved it, too.
