Couscous and Cucumber Salad

This was a BBQ hit!!, i had friends tell me that normally they hate couscous but they loved it and kept going back for more.

If you have trouble making you meringues work,its usually grease on your utensils. To fix this rub lemon juice all over them,and always use a metal bowl.you don't even need to clean the lemon juice off.quick and easy :)

Easy Vegetarian Red Beans Lasagna

great but for a truly vegetarian version use either a strong cheddar or if you can find it vegetarian parmesan

Irish Breakfast

not bad but add some sausage,potatoe bread,baked beans,white or blood pudding,fried bread(crustless white bread fried until golden,ketchup or brown sauce(similar to steak sauce) and a steaming mug of tea and that's a good irish fry

these turned out realy well,instead of mollases i used honey and i also used brown sugar,i found doing it this way made it more delicate and realy let the spices shine through
