Glazed Meatloaf I

I only gave this 3 stars because the flavor of the meat was good, but the glaze was very sweet. Too sweet for meat loaf.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This is the best chicken recipe of EVER! The only changes I made were using cut up chicken pieces and after it marinated overnight I rubbed about 2 Tbsp of butter over the pieces. I baked it covered at 325 for 1 hour, then I uncovered it and raised the temp to 350 for about 40 minutes. This chicken turned out juicy, and the pan drippings were amazing over mashed potatoes. You have to try this recipe!

Absolutely delicious. I added lots of salt and didn't use the cranberry. The description of the recipe says it all!
