Slow Cooker Spicy Black-Eyed Peas

This was delicious. I used organic low sodium chicken broth (in place of water and bullion cube) and excellent quality black eyed peas. Everyone loved it and I will make often.

This was excellent and I am making it for the second time. Do splurge on big shrimp and leave them in the shell. Boil mixture and add a tsp of butter as others have suggested. I turned the burner off after adding shrimp and let them steam, covered for 4-5 minutes. I also used a seasoning bought in New Orleans with less sodium as I think shrimp can be salty all alone. I will make this again, many times.

Dip For The Stars

I crossed my fingers hoping this was as good as the reviews said. Well, it was wonderful. I took it to an event where I was the new guy and next thing I knew, the spread was all gone, just a few crackers left. I followed the recipe exactly except I used only one garlic clove. Thanks for helping me look good to the new neighbors!

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

I am joining the others too and rating this recipe "Excellent". I will not ever cook corned beef any other way. I followed the recipe exactly and it is delicious. Thank you
