Stuffed Peppers My Way
Good, but needed to add an extra cup of water to cook the arborio rice all the way. Also the peppers didn't get as cooked as I like them to be after 400 degrees at 25 minutes. Typically, I cook them at 350 for 30 minutes.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)
OK, but didn't taste anything like what we get at our local Indian restaurant for Butter Chicken.
