About this Cook
I grew up watching my mom cook, it was something that always interested me..now that I'm on my own with my husband I try any recipe that I can get my hands on..he has no complaints yet :D
My favorite things to cook
I love remaking recipes my mom used to make, finding recipes on here I thought I'd never see again are always wonderful.
My cooking triumphs
The first I can remember was cooking a turkey for thanksgiving one year as a teenager when my mom had the flu..it came out fantastic! Another was mastering gravy ;) cant stand the can stuff!
My cooking tragedies
Recently I tried an insanely chocolaty bundt cake recipe from the site, when I flipped it out of the pan it collapsed haha I had fun molding it into a shape though!

Chicken Florentine Casserole
So GOOD, didn't cook the chicken as suggested but followed along other than that and I sautéed my spinach a bit with the mushrooms..Served over angel hair pasta, yum!

All-in-One Casserole
I was skeptical but this was delicious! I halved (wish I hadn't) the recipe and only added some chicken seasoning to the chicken before cooking. So good, my husband wanted it a night later!
