Quick and Easy Ketchup
You know, pretty darn good as homemade ketchups go. I have tried several recipes that my kids just don't like. This one has no raw garlic and no cooking and my kids will tolerate it. So that is saying a lot! I used stevia instead of apple juice concentrate (to taste.) That is just the go-to sugar at our house.

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
Well I used 1 whole onion sliced up-not just one onion slice-don't think I would of liked it that way. Tried it with Garlic CLOVES and whole CLOVES. Both good. Be sure to fish them out though at the end. I used submersion blender but the peels wouldn't blend so I will try peeling tomatoes next time! I don't have a food mill. Tasted great!!

Slow Cooker Escalloped Chicken
I, too, cut the butter and liquid. The flavor was terrific. The texture of the stuffing was quite mushy though. So maybe try what the other person did and put the chicken in first and the stuffing in after a couple of hours???
