Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
WOW!!!!! These are the BEST chocolate chip cookies I have made and tasted and trust me, I have been around the block. I reduced the butter because I hate butter over-powering the actual taste of a cookie, reduced the chocolate chips and sugars and added more vanilla extract. They were so good I had to make the batch reach 40 cookies and they were gone in a matter of seconds. Good to give as gifts...TRUST ME!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
I really am not too sure what went wrong. I am a lenient reviewer but these cookies came out bad. They spread out too much (probably because I live on high altitude) and came out flat and rock hard. Maybe I made a mistake but the taste was absolutely terrific!!

Can't Tell They're Low-fat Brownies
MMM. These were so good! I really liked them a lot because they still tasted like a brownie. I did add a tablespoon more of cocoa, added pureed prunes and dates into them (made them more rich) and also poured over some cocoa powder mixed with hot water to give it a gooey texture. LOVE THEM!!
