Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I've tried a few potato soup recipes and this is by far the best. Very good. Only advice I can give is to be patient with the flour / milk mix and really let it thicken up before adding to soup.

Pumpkin Cream Pie

I read several reviews and reduced the milk to 1 1/2c and mine was still to runny. Think I'll stick to the Kraft recipe version of this.

Perfect Pulled Pork

Followed the recipe and it was really good. Since I was pinched for time, I cooked it on high for almost 5 hrs but next time I will definitely cook on low for longer - I believe it would have been much more tender.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

Turned out beautiful. I used a rack and covered the top of bacon for 15 min then uncovered until desired crispiness. Have to tell you that mine took almost 30 min at 350. Didn't want to increase temperature because we don't like really crispy bacon.

Hearty Split Pea Soup

Baked Potato Soup I

Better than most restaurants. I only used 1/2c butter, fat free milk, 6 medium potatoes and a little less bacon. The trick is to keep stirring, otherwise everything settles and sticks to the pot. Everyone liked putting on different 'toppings' too.
