Easy and fast. Nice and light. I would add a touch more honey for breakfast.

Spanish Flan

I loved how simple this recipe was. I added two extra egg yolks leftover from another recipe, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a sprinkle of nutmeg. The results were wonderful! May try to use the microwave caramel next time, as sugar took forever to melt!

Great. Great. Great. I substituted fresh garlic with powdered, since I was out. Worked great! I may try to freeze them and see if they handle being reheated.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
Cookies are nice. Dough is hard to work with, very sticky. Cookies held shape well after cooking. could use some additional sugar or flavoring. May try what other have suggested about additional sugar or using powdered sugar instead of flour well rolling out the dough. The cookies are a bit on the side. But I think that overall I prefer this over the overly hard or soft cookies I have tried so far.

Banana Crumb Muffins

This was a nice way to use leftover bananas that had gotten brown. This recipe is so moist and fluffy. My son ate these up. I added one diced apple and one shredded carrot and it was very tasty.

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
This roast turned out great, but I did scorch the garlic. Not sure if my oven is too hot or what. Guests loved it. My roast was 13 lb so I needed to cook it longer and used my thermometer alot to check when it was ready. Masde a second time this year, used garlic powder and a 10lb roast and all was well. :) Changed from a 4 to a 5.

Classic Waffles

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
I loved the fluffy waffles. I seperated the eggs and whisked the whites and folded them in at the end. Recipe made a little too much for me and my boyfriend, would split in half next time. Served with frozen berries stewed with a little water and suger and blended till smooth. Very good.
