Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Super simple. There were no leftovers. I felt like I could have added a little more roasted red peppers. I really like the sweetest of the red peppers. Delicious!

Spicy Bean Salsa

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2008
I really enjoyed this recipe. I took the advice of a couple different people and used fresh tomatoes. I served this as a salad, instead of a dip.

Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2008
Wow! Wow! Wow! How easy was this recipe?!? It seriously took me about 5 minutes to make. My family loves everything I make, and they all said this is one of the top things they have tasted. Next time I think I might add a thin layer of strawberry or raspberry preserve to the top of the middle layer of graham crackers.

Smoked Sausage-Potato Hash

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
I make a very similar recipe, but I add red bell peppers instead of green. I also like to use fresh potatoes, and top with fresh chopped parsley. Another way of making sure your potatoes are cooked through is to drop them in boiling water for about 5 minutes, depending on how thick they are cut.

Blueberry Buckle

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
I had blueberries that I didn't want to go bad so I look for a quick recipe. This recipe is so quick and easy and hard to screw up. I had to give the entire Buckle away, in fear of eating it all in one day! It was scrumptious.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
Okay.. so this recipe could be the best tasting recipe I have tried on this site. As I made the stuffing I thought it was a lot of work, but it was 100% worth all the effort. I modified the recipe because I couldn't find turkey sausage, so I used pork sausage. I also used a couple different types of bread. It tasted amazing! I will be making this again.

Tiramisu Layer Cake

This is a very yummy version of Tiramisu. It has a very delicate and sweet taste. Not a strong coffee flavor like most Tiramisus.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
Guys LOVE this recipe! Bring it to a football party and you will be the hit of the party. I also modify the recipe by using fresh chicken and shredding it. I also like to layer the ingredients, and then bake it in the oven.

Delicious! Left to cool over night in the oven. Topped with the Strawberry topping from this website. Seems like a lot of work, but it is actually pretty simple.

Self-Filled Cupcakes I

These could be the yummiest cupcakes I have ever had. The amount of work compared the results is AWESOME. I also make homemade cream cheese icing for them. Try different flavors, you won't be disappointed.

Becky's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
This was pretty good. I felt like it was missing something, even after adding Cayenne pepper. Maybe green grapes would have been better. Not really sure if I will make this again.

I make this dip whenever I have big family dinners! It is so rich and creamy. I usually make it a day before and cook it the next day. Gives me more time to cook, and helps keep my family occupied.

Try this recipe you won't regret it. I make a bunch at once and keep it on hand. I use it when ever taco seasoning is called for in a recipe, not just to make tacos.

Adobo Chicken with Ginger

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2007
I made this for a friend who loves Adobo Chicken and lived in the Philippines. He said there shouldn't be any ginger or black peppercorns in it. I also used some cornstarch at the end to help thicken the sauce a little.
