About this Cook
I enjoy cooking new things. I especially enjoy making a lot of food for a lot of people. Grilling is one of my favorites.
My favorite things to cook
I like to barbeque fish, steaks, chicken and pork. I make a mean turkey pot pie too.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Polish food. Golabki (cabbage rolls) Pierogi, Keilbasa, It is all good.
My cooking triumphs
I made a turkey pot pie with leftover Thanksgiving turkey and I never heard so many compliments on my cooking.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make homemade corn muffins and they tasted like they had turpentine in them.

Allison's Trout
This was simple & delicious. We BBQ'd the trout in foil on the grill...it was amazing! I would reccommend it to anyone as a flavorful delight that wowwed some veteran fish eaters. Kudo's Allison!

Blackberry Cobbler II
Outstanding cobbler. My wife thought it tasted like twinky cake. We bot enjoyed it and I don't like blackberries. Instead of butter I used butter flavored crisco.
