This turkey came out really good and moist. I stuffed mine and put a couple pieces of the bacon under the skin then layered the rest on top. They best part about this is how easy it is. Only took me about 10 minutes to rinse it, stuff it and get it into the oven. And because it's in a bag you don't have to touch it until its done. :)

Only used 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 c brown sugar and that was plenty. Made for Easter desert and everyone loved it.

White Chocolate-Cranberry Biscotti

This recipe is awesome and so easy. Everyone I sent it to at Christmas loved it. A friend of mine even wanted me to make more and she said she would buy it from me. It's my new daily treat with my morning coffee. So wonderful!

Chili Rellenos Casserole

Awesome, easy and yummy. I added cooked ground beef. My bf says it would be good with sausage instead of beef too as a breakfast dish, maybe in a tortilla. I will make this one again for sure.

Awesome, everyone loved it! Had it for our family Christmas get together. Only problem was that after a cup or two of this everyone was full .... more of an after dinner or breakfast treat. Decided we will have this every year now.
