Banana Banana Bread
okay, I have plenty of banana bread recipes will all sorts of ingredients, and I was looking for something very basic to use for tea sandwiches with cream cheese. I added @ a tsp. of vanilla, had to! It cuts great once cooled, freezes very well, and tastes just how I wanted it to. nice!

Baked Oatmeal II
Just what I needed. I work in a fabulous pastry shop, and when I arrive there it is full of scones, danish and rich coffee cakes. I really needed a nice lowfat recipe to have when I needed a healthy breakfast. I did use the applesauce instead of the butter (perfect) and mixed dried fruit chopped. Other than that, made it as written and it took only 30min. in my oven. I'll be bringing this on vacation too, fantastic!!!
