I am a student in college earning a degree in nutrition. I LOVE sweet potatoes-you can use them in every way possible. However, i am more of a baker. People love my brownies, cookies, fudge and all sorts of treats. I think i got my love of baking from my mom. We always get to choose what we want to eat for our birthdays-and all of us usually choose my moms lasanga. This is kind of funny but every thursday night we watch survivor on tv. So for the past 5 or so years, we always make homemade pizza. Another tradition we have recently started is making cinnamon ornaments around thanksgiving time to hang on the tree for Xmas. Just learning to use a variety of new foods and to not be scared of trying new things. An example is eggplant! so, so many....
