Really dried out very quickly and had almost no flavor. Would never make again

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2008
Fantastic with suggestions from others. Upped 1/2 and 1/2 to 2 cups and left out eggs. Heated up the 1/2 and 1/2 with the cheese to make it smooth. Added a little extra cheese and used swiss instead of the muenster. DELICIOUS and sooo decadent. I could eat the whole thing.

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
Really good. I added real chopped garlic w/ the onion instead of garlic powder. Very hearty and healthy. Served with orzo and was perfect. Oh, and a tip- chop everything beforehand, it got really rushed. Will def make again, just with more prep

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2007
More work than it sounds like when you read it, but definately worth it. Took longer than stated to rise. Hard to roll out nice rectangles. Tasted great though, and great texture. Next day it wasn't nearly as good though

April's Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2007
Wow, brought it to work and got rave reviews. I made it a cheese spread instead of a ball just for portability issues (so instead of shaping it I scooped it into tupperware). Only changes (other than the shape) were: 1)as another reviewer reccomended, used a Mexican 4 cheese mix 2) added a little extra pepper and garlic. De-Lish!

Chocolate Frosting I

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2007
Fantastic! I cut the sugar to 2 1/2 cups because it was already sweet enough for me. I also added just a little bit of orange juice (since I was frosting a chocolate and orange cake). Really was great. Would not have frosted a 2 layer cake, but worked well for my single layer 9x13 cake (not frosting the sides)

Gaye's Microwave Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2006
very easy and nice. Set well. perhaps a little too sweet though. be very careful to get all the little lumps out or else there are white clumps of sugar which are not pretty or tasty.
