We didn't really care for this. I thought it was a bit salty. My husband only ate one piece, but had seconds of everything else, so thats not a good sign. I will stick with my usual egg bake recipe instead.

I decided to make these since I already had everything in the house. I thought they were ok, but my husband liked them. I used cashews for the nuts. I did find them a bit hard to break into pieces after they hardened in the fridge.

Party Cookies

My kids liked these and they smelled good. I tried one and thought they were pretty bad. I tried filling them with Lady Lock frosting to make them a little better. The color was nice though, I used strawberry.

Lady Lock Filling I

This is pretty good, but.....it takes FOREVER to beat all the sugar crystals out. I bet I spent at least 30 minutes with my Kitchen Aid. My son relly liked it though. If I make it again I might try melt the sugar into a small amount of the criso and then add it into the rest. See if that cuts down on the time.
