LOVED THEM, I think I've finally mastered pancakes! Folled other recommendations of under-mixing (there were still lots of clumps and flour spots in my mix) and didn't use butter but used nonstick cooking spray. They were perfect. Oh, I also added some vanilla, but I always do that with pancakes!

Cheese Ravioli with Pumpkin Sage Sauce

This was great - I didn't have white wine so I used red wine vinegar and water - added a little kick! I also didn't have heavy cream so I used the other reviewers suggestion and used evaporated milk. I like pumpkin so I threw in an extra dab of it. It was really good!

It's Chili by George!!

This was delicious! I made a couple of changes based on the ingredients I had at home: I added one more can of beans, about 1/2 - 3/4 lb more of ground beef.. added 2 cloves of garlic, an extra few dashes of cayenne pepper, and I used one can of stewed tomatoes and the rest was jarred spaghetti sauce (it was all I had.) This was the first time I made chili that I loved!!! My husband loved it too!!

Cinnamon Rolls III

I made these rolls for the first time to take on our July 4th camping trip! They were a huge hit, everyone loved them! I baked them ahead of time and just saved them in the fridge until I left (about a day and a half later) and apparently they still tasted just as good! I am making them again (today) so that I can taste them when they're fresh out of the oven!!

Cajun Seafood Pasta

I followed some of the previous reviews and cut down on the peppers and salt - it tasted great and was really easy! I also added some diced tomatoes to the top for garnish and flavor. I highly recommend this recipe!

Chicken Papadoris

I just made this recipe last night - exactly as stated. My husband absolutely loved it but I felt like it was a little too mild. Definitely recommend taking some of the other suggestions (e.g. adding more curry or adding red pepper flakes).
