Sausage Cheese Grits

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2011
This was really good and easy. I used jalapeno havarti cheese because it was what I had. Will be making this again! Thanks for sharing.

Easy Apple Coleslaw

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2012
I was skeptical about this because of the amount of brown sugar, but it was really good. I didn't use the red bell pepper. I liked it even better the next day!

Excellent! Didn't change a thing. Taste just like what I used to get back home in NC.

This was excellent! Not too "peppery" at all. Did add water to the pan. Will make this again!

Everyone always loves these and they are super easy and inexpensive to make. You can also use this recipe using pretzels.

Not the healthiest dish, but it tastes great. The husband could eat this 2 or 3 times a week!

Hot Corn

Cut the sauce in half and you will love it. I have also substituted a can of green chilies for the jalapeno and it turned out well for those who don't care for jalapenos.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2014
Made with a 3 lb. pork loin, Webber's Chicago Steak Seasoning and 10 year aged basalmic vinegar and it was sooo good. Mine cooked for about and hour and 20 minutes and came out super tender and juicy. I even put some of the "au jus" on the mashed potaotes! This will be my New Year's pork from now on...thanks for posting. I forgot to add that I only marinated mine for 5 hours.
