Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
Made with a 3 lb. pork loin, Webber's Chicago Steak Seasoning and 10 year aged basalmic vinegar and it was sooo good. Mine cooked for about and hour and 20 minutes and came out super tender and juicy. I even put some of the "au jus" on the mashed potaotes! This will be my New Year's pork from now on...thanks for posting. I forgot to add that I only marinated mine for 5 hours.

Apple Cole Slaw
I was skeptical about this because of the amount of brown sugar, but it was really good. I didn't use the red bell pepper. I liked it even better the next day!
