Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Loved it! I also added some balsamic vinegar, pepper and garlic powder before roasting. Then sprinkled some parmesian cheese on the sprouts before serving. This was soooo good and easy. Im loving roasting!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia
I make this dish with a few additions and LOVE it!!! Its so easy and so tasty. I follow the recipe as indicated but add capers and 1 cap full of Zatarain's liquid crab/shrimp boil. Im from Louisiana and use this stuff on just about everything and its FANTASTIC. You have to be a little careful because its very strong but adds a little extra kick to most dishes. After baking the fish I make couscous and serve the fish on top of couscous with a little extra sauce on the side. Ive made this dish for several friends and they all love it. Very tasty.

Amazing Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce
this was pretty good with a few additions. I sauteed mushrooms in the sundried tomato oil and added it to this sauce. I also added chicken and served over fussil pasta. Next time I think I will skip the pasta and just serve over thin cut chicken cutlets. I will definetly make this again.
