Amish Casserole

I thought this was good. My husband thought it was kinda bland. I think next time to add more flavor we are going to try to add taco seasoning. But this recipe is definetely a keeper!

Simple Taco Soup

This was delicious! My picky husband loved it too. I added cheese to the top of each bowl right before serving. We plan on making this as a regular meal during the fall and winter months.
