Lyndsie's Dr. Pepper® Meatballs

I liked the meatballs, but not a real fan of the sauce. I followed the directions exactly and thought not only was it too soupy but it tasted too much like Dr. Pepper. May try again with half a can like someone suggested, but thought the meatballs were good and not soggy at all like another review said.

Turkey Sloppy Joes

I thought it was so much better than the can or package. I use either balsamic or apple cider vinegar, spicy brown mustard and Jack Daniel's smokehouse BBQ sauce - it gives it an extra zest.

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

I used fresh broccoli so i didn't add the cornstarch as there was not enough of the juice. I think I will double the recipe of the soy sauce/honey mix next time to have more sauce. I gave it a lower star rating because my version (with the fresh broccoli) seemed to be too dry but I'm sure if I double it, it would be better. Also I added an extra clove of garlic to give it a little more flavor which helped from the original version.

Saucy Cranberry Orange Chicken

I used more cranberries and it was delicious. I am going to try cream of chicken next time as my husband didn't like the mushrooms but I thought it was delicious! Definitely make rice to soak up the other juice.

Grilled Marinated Swordfish

I didn't follow the recipe completely. as I didn't have lemons so I used limes. However, even with the slight variation it was DELICIOUS! I marinated it for 20 hours and it came out super moist and delicious. I had very thick steaks so it took a bit longer on the grill, but will definitely do again and next time try lemon for something different, but limes worked well.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This was the 2nd cheesecake I have ever made and it came out PERFECT, unlike my last one. So easy to make too. My husband said it could use more cheese but he is a New Yorker and said it definitely tasted like the deli's cheesecake. I will definitely make again.

Triple-Cheese Macaroni

This recipe was so easy and a big hit for the holidays! I had requests to make this again at other parties. My husband commented that it tasted even better the 2nd day so if you want to make ahead and just warm prior to eating you can. Enjoy!!
