This was so delicious - we followed the directions exactly and it was perfect! The only thing I wanted was more fish!

Italian Baked Cannelloni

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2007
This was so yummy! My 10 year old claimed it is his new favorite food (and that's saying something). I don't like rosemary or sage, so I just used dried parsley instead. And I added fresh parmesan to the meat mixture and put some on top before putting it in the oven. I will definitely make this again!

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2007
A really good recipe. I used two baguettes and substituted choc chips for the raisins. Next time I'll only use 1.5 cups of sugar (and that still may be too much!)

Blarney Stones

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2007
These were really good. I took them to a party today and everyone raved and wanted the recipe. One note: I only put 4 cups of peanuts in the food processer and I probably could have gone with 3 or less. There were A LOT of peanuts left over. Next time I'll start by processing 2 cups and then do more if I need them.

Claire's Yummy Crepes

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2007
These are the first crepes I've ever cooked at home and it was super easy. Filled with Nutella (my favorite filling for crepes) and they were DELISH. My son loves them filled with ham and white cheese and his were yummy too! I set the recipe for 6 servings and still only got about 12 crepes out of it, although mine were large. Next time I will double it to 12 servings as we like to keep them in the fridge to fill, heat up and eat as we are ready.

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2006
I made eggnog using this recipe and accidentally only used 10 eggs instead of 12 and I intentionally omitted the rum so that it would be family friendly. It was plenty "eggy" and I would recommend using only the 10 eggs. It was really yummy and I will be making it again next year!
