Yogurt Chicken
This was really delicious! I followed other suggestions as well as made changes because we were out of certain ingredients. Here is what I changed: * doubled recipe and used 3lbs of chicken breasts but cut them down to smaller pieces * used 1 cup of italian breadcrumbs and 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers (because we ran out of breadcrumbs) * added some parmesan cheese, garlic salt + garlic powder and italian seasoning to breadcrumb mixture to give it more flavoring * melted butter in bottom of baking dish but did not add butter on top of chicken to make it healthier * marinated chicken in yogurt/lemon mixture all day before baking * did not sprinkle parsley over top of chicken (we didn't have any)

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This was pretty good. I made changes due to what was in the house and hubby really liked it. I thought it was good but I didn't think it tasted like true teriyaki sauce. I doubled the ingredients and used brown sugar instead of regular sugar and chicken breasts and tenderloins instead of thighs. I halved the ginger per my personal preference. I made the sauce and then marinated the chicken in it for 3 hours. Finally, I covered the pyrex with foil and cooked at 400 for 30 minutes. I'll make it again.

My Best Clam Chowder
So delicious but 4 stars since I had to make changes. Here is what I changed: -cooked 6 strips of bacon in skillet, then used the grease when cooking the veggies, added bacon at end of cokking -used 4 cans of clams instead of 3. This was enough clam juice to cover the veggies so I didn't use any water -scaled back the celery and increased the carrots (personal preference) as well as used 3 cups of sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes. Overall, tasted great. Since I didn't use any water, I will scale back the salt next time as well as try healthier options to see if I can cut down some of the fat.
