Chicken Saag
This is a great and easy recipe for such a complicated dish. Flavors are on point- but I agree with other reviews that you need to double or triple the spices, it needs it.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini
Excellent dish! This tastes like something you could get at a resturant! I would agree with others that you need to make more sauce. I added a touch of heavy cream to make the sauce a little thicker and it was great. My only suggestion is to not add the pasta to the dish all at once. Add it little by little so that you can decided how "wet" you want your pasta. I personally like my pasta saucey so by adding all of it at once, it was on the dry side and I even made extra sauce. Next time I will make half the pasta from the box or make triple the sauce. All in all it was a great dish and its been added to the recipe box!

Butternut Squash Bisque
This was excellent! Everyone who has tried it says that it tastes like its resturant quality. The only seasoning I added in addition to what is required was a bit of garlic powder and all spice. The heavy cream really finishes the bisque nicely. It makes it very rich and silky. Keeping this recipe for sure and will be making it again soon.
