Adzimka Bread

I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 only because I doctored the mashed potatoes up quite a bit. Like other reviewers suggested, I added garlic, bacon, onions and extra cheese. That being said, the dough was FANTASTIC and in addition to being tasty, it was so pretty!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

I added some frozen chopped spinach to the meat and sauce mixture and used only about 3/4 of the cheese. It was really awesome!

I've never had one before so I have nothing to compare it to, but I think this sandwich is just delicious. I've made it 3 times now and the recipe is perfect as it is. It is quickly becoming a staple at my house.

Hot Cranberry Tea

Loved it. I only used 1.5 cups of sugar, but that was my only change to this wonderful recipe. 2 cups would probably be way too sweet for my taste.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

My first time to make peanut brittle and it turned out perfectly. Have a higher wattage microwave and used 5min and 1:45min respectively. Thanks for a great recipe.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This recipe is fantastic. It gets 5 stars for flavor (perfect for summer bbqs and parties) but 1.5 cups of crushed pretzels is NOT enough for a 9x13 pan. I had to use an 8x8 square and I had leftovers of the cream cheese and strawberry layers. Otherwise perfect recipe.

Split Pea Soup Atu

I made this in the crock-pot and it turned out nicely. I only used half the water because I didn't have enough room in the pot and forgot to add the milk at the end and it was still wonderful. This recipe is pretty versatile.

Beefy Mushroom Barley Soup
