This is amazing! Enough said. I made no changes at all. Using the blender is a must!

Tasty Buns

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2014
Very easy and turned out great. Mine did turn out just a bit on the dense side, but we really liked them. I will be making these again. Next time I will split the dough into 18 instead of 12. They were just a bit bigger than we prefer.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2014
This is very good! I only used a 16 ounce can of tomatoes. At the end I mixed the parsley right in, drained the pasta and stirred it into the meat mixture. I let it sit and soak in about 5 minutes before we ate. It was so good. My husband's new favorite!

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2014
This is AMAZING!! I made a few small changes. I almost doubled the onion, did about 1/3 c green pepper, doubled garlic powder, added just a smidgen extra mustard, added an extra 2 tsp brown sugar, added 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. This is a new go-to!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2014
Very good! (With a few adjustments) I shredded a head of lettuce and added some shredded carrot instead of using the bagged mix. I used real mayo, rice vinegar, and 1/3 cup sugar. Finally I substituted celery seed for poppy seed. The recipe turned out great! My husband - who is very picky when it comes to coleslaw loved this version.

Mozzarella-Stuffed Pesto Turkey Meatballs

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2013
These are so good! I used shredded mozz to stuff, cut the recipe down to 1 lb of turkey and added additional spices - as my family prefers. Turned out terrific. I also used a bit more olive oil to top the turkey balls. They cooked perfectly. Yum!

Barbequed Ribs

Reviewed: May 5, 2013
These ribs turned out great!!They were so tender we had to each them with a fork! The meat fell right off the bone. I did add an extra tsp of garlic in the first step. I thought I had chili sauce - but when i dug it out of the pantry it was cocktail sauce! I googled substitutes and ended up using 1/4 c extra ketchup 1 tsp cinnimin and a dash of all spice with a squirt of spicy brown mustard.... sounded gross to me but it really did add the same sort of flavor that chili sauce does. I also used minced dried onion instead of fresh. The sauce came out terrific! We will have these again soon!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2013
This recipe is terrific! I took it to a party yesterday and everyone was raving about it. I shoud have cubed the potatoes beore boiling.. I will do this next time. I added a few extra potatoes and cut out one egg. I also added a little bit of steak seasoning for flavor... but, not too much - maybe 1/4-1/2 tsp. This is a new staple for pot lucks!
