Cube Steak Parmesan

Inexpensive, tasty and easy...my kind of dinner. I didn't have any flour so had to skip that. No big deal. Didn't have tomato sauce so just used some jarred spaghetti sauce instead of most of step 3. and I Subbed provolone for mozzarella. Still turned out great! Will definitely make this one again.

Country-Style Steak

I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 3 because the flavors were good. but the recommended cooking time is either WAY too long, or the temperature too high. Mine turned out really overdone and there was no gravy at all, it was more like sludge burned on the bottom. Next time, I will decrease temperature and double liquid.

Special Buttercream Frosting

This turned out beautifully. Colors well, easy to make and work with, not too sweet. Yum. I modified the recipe to use 1/2 Crisco and 1/2 butter, and left out one cup of the powdered sugar. I also added extra vanilla, but that was by accident. This makes a LOT of frosting. Enough for 3 boxes of store-bought cake mix. Next time, I'll cut it in half.

Sun Dried Tomato Chicken

Hmmm... I was not a fan of this. Much too thick, and just not all that good, in my opinion. I had high hopes, but won't make it again.

Candie's Fluffy Cloud Punch

This was very good. Everyone raved about it. I used Hawaiian Punch and Squirt. And accidentally doubled the grenadine. Oops. But it made no difference. Delicious!

Hoagie Dip

I love this, but substitute for the American cheese. Sargento makes a provolone / mozzarella blend that is preshredded, so it also saves time. Also, I found the easiest way to chop the meats is to roll them up and use kitchen shears to snip them. And I cut hoagie buns into 1 inch sections and serve alongside the hollowed out sourdough with the dip in it. Overall, yum, yum, yum!!!

Perfect Flat Iron Steak

Wow! This is the first time I have taken the time to rate a recipe. I just had to chime in and say that this is fantastic just as it is. The only substitution I made was green onions for chives, only because I didn't have chives. Wonderful flavor, and it seems to freeze well too. I split into two baggies for marinating, and put one in the freezer for a quick dinner some other night. This is just outstanding!
