Taco Pie
This dish was okay. What I would do different next time: Not use the crescent rolls dough (added sweetness, not cool), not use the recommended amount of sour cream and seasoned my beef a little more than what the taco seasoning offers. The taste of the beef got lost in the gobs of sour cream and sweetness of the bottom crust. Sorry, just being honest.

Spinach Quiche
I made this last night and made a couple of changes. I didn't put the herb/garlic/feta and I added a cube of chicken bouillon for more flavor. It was awesome. I will definitely be making this again.
