This is the best!! I normally don't like the stuff, but was desperate when my dad was coming for the holidays and his favorite brand wasn't available in our area. I crossed my fingers and gave this a shot. WOW!! It was amazing! My husband and I don't normally finish even the smaller sized one from the store, but we finished all of it off in two nights!! We added rum and it was fantastic! The only thing I'd change is to double the recipe next time!!!

Extremely good eggnog. I am not normally a huge fan of the stuff, but I have family who loves it. The brand that is their favorite isn't available where I live, and the ones that were at the store left much to be desired. Desperate, I decided to try making it and cross my fingers. Wow. Delicious. Add rum - not too strong - and you are in holiday heaven. My hubby and I ended up finishing the entire first batch off ourselves! Next time the only change I'll make is to double the batch from the start AND make a rum and non-rum version. Thank you!!!

This is simply the best sweet potato casserole ever. It was perfect - sweet but not too sweet. I made it exactly as the recipe states, no alterations. Normally I end up tweaking recipes slightly to adjust to my families tastes, but this one needs no changes. The spices really complimented the flavor of the sweet potatoes and the crunchy nut topping added a a great contrast to the smooth potatoes. The egg makes the entire casserole lighter and not so dense and heavy as other recipes. My husband normally doesn't like sweet potato casseroles but he loved this one and there were no leftovers. LOVED IT!
