Spinach Salad with Peaches and Pecans

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2008
Very good. I used Brianna's poppyseed dressing that I bought at Safeway and a package of sugared pecan salad sensations.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2008
I made the recipe with all the changes Jillybean suggested and it turned out very well. Even my husband liked it and he isn' partial to anything from the crockpot. There is only one thing I would do differently. I accidently added a whole packet of onion soup mix and it made it a bit salty. I will stick to 1/2 packet next time.

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2007
After all the rave reviews, I was quite disappointed. The chicken was very bland. More spices/seasonings are needed in the breading mix.

Gumbo Style Chicken Creole

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2007
Both my husband and I loved this recipe. I did follow some of the suggestions and made the following changes: 1)added 1 can of chicken broth 2)added both creole and blackened seasoning to the chicken while cooking 3) added a few dashes of both 4)added some cayenne pepper and some thyme while the mixutre simmered. Tabasco and Louisiana hot sauce.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2006
These cookies turned out great. I removed the cookies from the oven at 8 minutes, when cracks started to appear on the tops of the cookies and they were soft and chewy just like brownies. If you like crispier cookies I would leave them in for the full ten minutes. I added 1 tsp of peppermint extract when I added the eggs to give the cookies a stronger mint flavor.
