Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
This is a great party dip, always goes fast. My version also uses blue cheese dressing instead of ranch. I also dislike canned chicken so I use store cooked rotisserie chicken that is easy to shred with a fork. I bake it at 350 for about 25-30 minutes or slightly brown and bubbles.

Asparagus and Mushroom Quiche

This quiche was great. Easy to make and tasted wonderful. I have also experimented with adding different veggies, herbs and spices to the recipe. Great as-is or as a starting place for gastromic adventures. Thanks, Larry

Tongue and Mustard Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
We loved this recipe. I added 10-12 whole pepper corns to give it a little zip. The butcher I go to gave me a smoked tongue to try. You prepare it the same way but it has a nice subtle smokey flavor.
