Best Bread Machine Bread
I changed the flour to 2 cups and wheat flour to 1. Perfect! Love this bread, great for sandwiches.

Jalapeno Cheese Bread
I made this for a serving for 10 in my bread machine and it turned out amazing! I added sugar and the water (110 degrees F) and then the yeast to the machine bread pan and let it sit for 10 min. Next I added the rest of the ingredients adding the flour last and set the bread maker to basic. I saw that the crust was getting quite brown so I took the bread out 27 min early. I let it sit for at least 5 min. We couldn't stand it any longer and had to try it. Was the best bread we have made so far!

Kim's Ultimate Meatloaf
I took the advice of another reviewer and changed this to make it my own and it was fantastic so I am not sure how it would taste made exactly the way it was written. This is what I changed/did; I used ground Turkey, used a white onion, exchanged tomato sauce for Classico pasta sauce, exchanged crackers for 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs, used tarragon vinegar, used Dijon, added a fine chopped green bell pepper, 4 garlic cloves and a tsp hot sauce. I also left out the water. Best meatloaf I have ever made and my husband loved it and he isn't a big meatloaf person.
