Kahlua Iced Latte

Reviewed: May 22, 2010
I love Kahlua Lattes, and I do use equal parts Kahlua, but espresso instead of coffee. Which is why I didn't give it 5 stars...better with espresso!

Hot Pink Lemonade

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
Very tasty and like the added flavor and vitamins that the blueberries give it. I did puree the berries before adding them to the lemonade. My 2-year-old, my husband and I loved it, my 4 year-old couldn't get passed the seeds and skin floating around. I tried to strain, but didn't help. I', sure if I had strained it in cheese cloth everyone would have loved it!

Nutty Pumpkin Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
I thought these muffins were very tasty and easy! Like some of the other reviewers I ALMOST left out the sugar, but luckily remembered to add it right before I put in the pan. I suppose next time I'll add it to the wet ingredients and maybe just a cup instead of 1 1/2 because they were a little too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth!). They are very moist and delicious though and very easy and pumpkin is so healthy...I'm making these again.

No Sour Cream Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
I really like this recipe! I love beef stroganoff, but don't make it because my son has a dairy allergy. This is so good, easy, tasty, not expensive and not totally unhealthy with lean meat. I used corn starch instead of flour, fresh mushrooms because I don't like canned, chicken broth instead of beef because I didn't have beef broth, and even with all the substitutions it was really good. I'll make this a lot!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2007
One of my favorite recipes on the site! Easy and delicious! I leave out the cilantro because my family doesn't like it. I also add manderine oranges and top it with crispy Chinese noodles. So good warm or cold. Better cold.

Ham and Swiss Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2007
I thought this was very tasty, as did my picky husband. I made it exactly as written except used fresh, sliced mushrooms instead of canned and sauteed them with the onions and used shredded chaddar instead of swiss. I didn't find it to be dry and I didn't get the scrambled egg effect. I would definitely make again. Thanks for the yummy recipe!!!

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2007
Thanks for the great idea! I don't know why I never thought of it. I'll never make grilled cheese on the stove again. It came out perfectly even, which it never does on the stove, the cheese was melted perfectly and it was much less greasy. I added bacon to mine. Also, 5 min. per side in a 400 degree oven was perfect. Thanks again!

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2007
I have found several good recipes on this site, but this is my favorite! It's easy, delicious, and healthy, what more can you ask for? This is also one of the few recipes that everyone in my family loved. I took the advice of some of the other reviews and replaced the water with chicken broth and the tomato sauce with two 14 oz cans of italian seasoned diced tomatoes and it's perfect. Will definitely be one of my regulars! Thanks for this great recipe!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2007
Awesome recipe!!! I decided to make it exactly as written the first time and make any changes I thought it needed next, except I did use 6 slices of cheese instead of 4. It is so perfect the way it is I would not change a thing! I also used the 98% fat free soup. My hubby can be very picky and he had two huge servings, I couldn't stop eating it and my 2-year-old loved it too. And it was so easy to make and impossible to mess up. It will definitely be part of our regular rotation. Thanks Chris, for posting this delicious, easy and inexpensive recipe!***UPDATE***When I re-heated the leftovers(and there were a lot), the potato chips got soggy. Now I only top 1/2 with chips and add fresh ones before re-heating leftovers.
