Spicy Chinese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2012
I tweaked the recipe a little, but it turned out great! Would have been better if I had marinated ahead of time or threw it all in the crock pot.

Zucchini Provencal

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2012
So Easy! I don't cook with zucchini very often, but a friend gave me some and I was looking for a side dish - this was awesome! I used canned tomatoes with Italian herbs and I left out the bell peppers and parm. Still so yummy and its so adaptable!

Grilled Marinated Vegetables

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2012
I love grilling veggies this way! Also good with zucchini and squash. Sometimes I just use soy sauce and garlic instead of the vinegar, but you can season any way you like!

Kielbasa and Cabbage II

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2012
Love this inexpensive and quick dinner! I like to add some quartered potatoes or sometimes I just used the canned. I had more seasonings, sometimes throwing some red pepper flakes in. Its also great with hot sauce or steak sauce (my family loves to add sauce to everything).

Great recipe! I make it often, with different variations depending on whats on hand. Sometimes I like to slice roma tomatoes and lay on the top!

Fudge

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2012
Only time I have ever made fudge and this was so easy and turned out amazing. I think I will stick to this recipe and try using different flavor chips (peanut butter fudge, butterscotch, etc)

DONA MARIA® Fish Tacos

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2012
Here is how I adapted the recipe - I used Tilapia fillets and left out the chicken bouillon. I had some coleslaw on hand that I mixed with chipotle pineapple salsa to add to the tacos, so I left out the lettuce and mayo. Served with black beans. My first time trying fish tacos and they were amazing! My husband and brother loved them!

I had never cooked with pesto before, so I wanted to do something easy, plus I was looking for a side dish for tilapia (another new menu item). This worked out great! Thanks.

Herb Grilled Vegetables

Reviewed: May 1, 2012
I find it easier to drizzle soy sauce and garlic or whatever seasonings you prefer and wrap the veggies in foil, then you only have to flip the foil packet and you don't lose any veggies!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2012
This was really good! I used a package of beef and onion soup mix instead of french onion. It was a bit salty, but everyone ate it right up. The kids liked just dipping the bread in the sauce and eating it! My husband can't wait for me to make again!

Excellent, easy side dish. I used frozen corn, tomato, green bell pepper, eye balled the vinegar, and sub veg oil. Turned out great. I also added dill and garlic salt to it. Delicious! Went great with my spinach mushroom quesadillas (and Im not even vegetarian!)

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
YUM! Didn't exactly follow the recipe: put black beans, frozen corn and canned mushrooms in a bowl with garlic salt and microwaved. sprayed outside of tortilla, filled with mixture and sprinkled shredded cheese, topped with another tortilla. Baked at 425 for ten minutes or so... EASY, QUICK, and DELICIOUS! My 8 yr old even loved them!
