Pear Bread II

I made this last night and it is one of the best breads I've ever baked! Everyone loved it - made in two 9x5 pans...very moist... :)

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

I've made other pasta fagioli recipes before but this is by far the absolute best! My husband says "forget all the others and keep making this one!" The only thing I did differently was to use chicken broth instead of water...

Coconut Shrimp I

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This is by far the best shrimp scampi recipe I've ever had - easy to make and reminded me of a restaurant we used to go to in Pittsburgh...we served it with grilled ribeyes and baked potatoes and steamed snow peas - what a great New Year's Eve dinner!

This was pretty good but maybe the pork would've been more interesting if it had been breaded and fried making is crusty or something...flavor was pretty good and nice on mashed pierogies and cabbage...

I'm giving this one star just because the ingredients were interesting but my husband and I didn't like this at all - WAY TOO MUCH PESTO - and I love pesto...and today it's just a bowl of mushy lettuce...

Blueberry Cream Muffins

I've made alot of blueberry muffin recipes but this is probably the best and the easiest - try sprinkling a little mix of cinnamon and sugar on top before baking - that's good, too! Also, I got 15 jumbo size muffins out of this recipe and baked for about 25 minutes... :)

Donut Muffins

These were great but I got tired of dipping the tops in sugar and butter so I just drizzled the butter on top and sprinkled with cinnamon/sugar mixture before baking and they were even better!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

This is a great recipe! I used chicken tenderloins, fresh herbs instead of dried (because it's summer and they're growing outside) and a can of Hunt's Fire Roasted Tomatoes which I just discovered and are phenomenal I think...thanks for the recipe!

London Broil II

I'd give this recipe 10 stars if I could!! The marinade is outstanding...like another reviewer, I bought 3 london broils on sale, marinated them all and froze them in the marinade...thawed one out last weekend and grilled it - takes a while because they're so thick but slice it thin and you've died and gone to heaven...we like our steak pretty red around here :))))) Thanks for the recipe!

This is an excellent, cool summer salad - I used about 1/2 c. feta only because that was all I had and it was still fine and try adding a little honey to sweeten it :)
