One Bowl Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2009
This turned out perfect!!! I substituted 1/2 cup of butterscotch chips so used 1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chips and 1/2 cup of butterscotch, and WOW! I think this is the BEST fudge I've ever had!! So easy, and doesn't require the marshmallow creme!!

Currant Scone Mix

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2009
I am definitely giving this 5 stars after this email I just got (I gave this away in jars as gifts): "I made the cranberry scones from the mix you gave us. They were the best I have ever eaten. Clint and Ron loved them too. I would love to have the recipe. They want me to make them again. They were "to die for." AWESOME!!!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
Truly the best sugar cookie recipe I have ever tried. My friend's parents own a bakery and they have a "secret recipe" for their sugar cookies - which are the most amazing cookies I've tasted - and now with this recipe I can make cookies that taste almost exactly like theirs! I am making these for everyone this Christmas!

Cheesy Potato Soup II

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
This was a good recipe but desperately needed SALT. My husband and I were passing the salt back and forth through the whole meal. I used red potatoes, and used 1/2 chicken broth/ 1/2 water like other reviewers said. I also did not have sliced cheese but used 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese instead. I substituted carrots for the celery, and also added a can of corn at the end. It was good once I added a lot of salt!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2007
This was the first cheesecake I had ever made and I was really nervous about it. I accidentally over-cooked it by about 10 minutes but it still tasted fabulous. Mine did crack a little in the middle of baking around the edge, even though I used a water bath and never opened the door. I topped it with frozen strawberries from the store (thawed out) and it got rave reviews!!! Thanks Chantal!!!
