Cabbage Roll Casserole

Yum-O!!! I made this last night and I think I could have eaten it all by myself it was so good! I halved the recipe and still filled a 9 x 11 pan to the brim. A made a couple modifications to the recipe: tomato soup instead of tomato sauce, omitted the salt and added 2 tsp. Italian seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, and used low sodium beef broth. I will definitely be making this again and often!

Blue Cheese Chicken Wing Dip

Took this to a Daytona 500 race and it was a hit with some huge fans of mo' better, mo' hotter foods. Some minor changes that I made to the recipe were: I made fresh blue cheese dressing instead of bottled (Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing from this site), added about a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and used 1/2 Xtra Hot Franks hot sauce and 1/2 regular Franks hot sauce. Thanks for the recipe and some good eats!

Slow Cooker Maple Country Style Ribs

Overall, a fairly good recipe. It was -15 degrees the day I had planned to grill our country style ribs, so I ended up making this recipe so I could stay inside (&warm!). The meat was so tender it fell off the bone, but I did add about 6 cloves of garlic to the crock pot during cooking to give it more flavor which worked well (if you like garlic...). I served them with a little Mr. Yoshida's teriaki sauce for dipping instead of the juice in the crock pot which was tasty. Thanks for the recipe!

Cola Sauerkraut

Mmmmmm good! I made this in our slow cooker with a couple modifications: Drained the sauerkraut, added a 12 oz. package of fresh mushrooms quartered and 1# of frozen polish kielbasa cut into 3" chunks. My fiance said it was the best sauerkraut I've ever made for him....even better than my German mom's recipe! Thanks!

Mama's Best Broiled Tomato Sandwich

Delicious. The only modification we made to this recipe was to add about 1/2 garlic salt to the marinade and then added a dash of the marinade to the mayonaisse mixture before spreading on bread and broiling. We used a ciabatta bread/roll split in half lengthwise and served the sandwiches open face.

Party-Size Greek Couscous Salad

Absolutely fantastic recipe! I took this to a family dinner and there was none left! I've also shared this with many of my coworkers and have been receiving rave emails from them after they made it. I will definitely make this many, many more times :)
