Chili I

Made a big batch of this chili. I followed the recipe exactly and found the results pretty underwhelming at first, so I let it sit in the fridge overnight and tried it again the next day -- delicious! Will make this again but give it more time to develop the flavors.

Banana Banana Bread

This was delish! I only had two bananas so I added one of those individual cups of applesauce to the batter. I also added chopped pecans on top before baking. My whole family loved it, including my 3 year old. It was gone in one day.

Puff Pastry Roll

This was a hit with my husband... Super easy to make and the gravy was amazing! I used ground beef instead of chicken. Next time I'll use a little less meat.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Amazing cake!! This is a hit every time I make it. I did make a change based on other reviews. Only used 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. I use two 9" cake pans. I fill the layers with raspberry preserves, top with chocolate buttercream frosting, and sprinkle the top with mini chocolate chips. At my last dinner party, my guests thought the cake came from a bakery.
