Amazing cake!! This is a hit every time I make it. I did make a change based on other reviews. Only used 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. I use two 9" cake pans. I fill the layers with raspberry preserves, top with chocolate buttercream frosting, and sprinkle the top with mini chocolate chips. At my last dinner party, my guests thought the cake came from a bakery.
