I doubled the filling and thought it was a little too much - but my kids can't get enough. The dough was not too wet at all. Delicious.

Blue Cheese Burgers

We tried this by blending the blue cheese with the meat, and by stuffing the burgers. Preferred the stuffed version - but both ways were fantastic.

This is the easiest crust to work with. It was a little bitt salty with the prociutto, but still very good flavor. Even better the 2nd day.

Lemon Mousse Pie

Made this for a big family dinner and everyone loved it. Very refreshing and light. It's not really the consistency of mousse, with the gelatin, but it does hold together nicely and tastes great.

I didn't have time for making the lady fingers, so I bought them. This was still really wonderful. There was a lot more syrup than necessary - I ate it over ice cream. Yum.

This was really great. I didn't have the bacon, so I left it out. But the flavor was still wonderful. My husband raided the leftovers from the fridge before they could become another meal. I used both boneless/skinless breasts and drumsticks and both were great.

Sauceless Garden Lasagna

I didn't have fresh basil, so I substituted pesto sauce for the garlic, basil and oil. The first day the vinegar taste was a little strong, but days 2 and 3 mellowed and was really good.I didn't miss the sauce a bit!
